We recommend booking at least six weeks before your desired fair date. Popular seasonal events such as the holiday markets often fill up three months in advance. Season pass holders receive priority placement.
Absolutely. We welcome first-time vendors and offer consultation sessions to help you prepare. Many of our most successful long-term artisans started with us as beginners.
We accept handmade goods across a wide range of categories including ceramics, textiles, jewelry, woodwork, candles, soaps, art prints, and more. The key requirement is that you personally create the items you sell.
Yes. Standard booths include one table and two chairs. Premium packages include additional furniture. If you have specific display needs, let us know and we can discuss options.

Our upcoming Vancouver Autumn Market takes place the second weekend of October at the Heritage Hall on Main Street. Admission is free for visitors.
